I know she and he were thankful because Owen said that everyone was being so nice (especially me) and how it was a great birthday. Daiy said thank you as well and gave me a quick hug

As part of our Inquiry unit, Room 12 from New Zealand has decided to put our topic on citizenship into practice. We have the challenge of performing one kind deed, each day, for 17 days, starting from the 18th of June, 2008. Follow us as we blog our citizenship journey.

What a lovely thing to do for Owen on his birthday. I think that when someone makes a card for another person it is that much more special. A lot of time and effort went into it rather than it just being bought. Keep up the wonderful work. Your good deeds are making a difference to others! Ps You're welcome for the doughnut. Thanks for being a great IT monitor.
